Experimental 1-wire Lightning Sensor has been added to the station, to see how it works, and how it copes with electrical noise. It is locates low down on the Antenna mast where the other sensors are mounted. At the moment, I am seeing a few 1 strike/min events, whilst the washing machine is switched on. I will experiment with the antenna placement etc, although we do not get many Electrical storms here so I will have to wait a while till I can see if it really does work !!!
